At the base of Bellevue Towers South Tower, in what was the last and final unoccupied retail space, Potbelly Sandwich Shop is now open.
Potbelly brings its toasty warm sandwiches and hand-dipped shakes to its 2nd Greater Seattle store. Their sandwiches are well priced, ranging from $4.50 – $5.50.

Potbelly Sandwich Shop will fill the final unoccupied retail location at the base of Bellevue Towers. A sign confirming the restaurant’s occupancy was posted this week at the location. A group of senior lenders from Morgan Stanley financial services firm consolidated ownership of Bellevue Towers on Thursday.
