Kemper Development Company Soon to Open ‘Suite’
The opening of ‘Suite,’ a bar-concept venue in The Wintergarden, at Bellevue Place, appears imminent.
According to concierge at the Hyatt Hotel, the venue will formally open in the next two weeks, with a ‘soft opening’ in the next few days. The venue is under development by the owner of The Bellevue Collection, Kemper Development Company.
Bellevue’s ‘Live at Lunch’ Series Offers 30 Free Outdoor Concerts
This summer’s “Live at Lunch” outdoor concert series, presented by The Bellevue Downtown Association, will kick off July 5 and run from noon to 1:30pm every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday through Sept. 8.

‘Suite Restaurant and Lounge’ shows signs of opening at Bellevue Place
There has long been a void at Bellevue Place since STIR Martini + Raw Bar closed in March of 2010. Suite Restaurant and Lounge will now attempt to fill that void. The business has covered the exterior of the old STIR location with construction walls printed with ‘Suite’ and messaging ‘Opening Late Spring.’
