‘Suite Restaurant and Lounge’ shows signs of opening at Bellevue Place
There has long been a void at Bellevue Place since STIR Martini + Raw Bar closed in March of 2010. Suite Restaurant and Lounge will now attempt to fill that void. The business has covered the exterior of the old STIR location with construction walls printed with ‘Suite’ and messaging ‘Opening Late Spring.’
The Public Notice Application was applied under the company ‘Wintergarden Hospitality Group LLC.’ There is no official word on when the restaurant will open, but late spring is quickly running out.

Michael, would it be possible for you to find out what is going on at the ground retail of Belcarra Apartments on 106th Ave?
I have become a little annoyed (and at the same time excited) by the construction going on at that place.
They seem to be doing some construction inside, and had a gigantic truck there last weekend. But I don’t see any Liquor License on the door so I assume it’s not another restaurant. Thanks!

@Dude
Thanks! No wonder it takes up so much space (almost half a block).

Suite Restaurant & Lounge should be opening in the next coming weeks. This is going to be a very exciting restaurant, focusing on craft cocktails. It will also have a Northwest inspired tapas menu. I myself am anxiously awaiting their arrival!

ooooh!
Is there a website for us to see the menu, so we have an idea of what to order before getting in?

Also, it’s sad that the Hyatt website still lists Twisted Cork in its restaurants, even though it’s been closed for a year and a half… An up-to-date website is kind of a must nowadays.
