It’s almost the season to shed those winter scarves and coats to reveal summer swimsuits, and the ladies of Girl Power Hour are organizing a networking event to help Eastside gals get inspired for health and fitness. On the evening of Thursday, May 19th, from 6pm to 8:30pm, the Fit and Fab(ulous) networking event will be held at Pure Barre in Downtown Bellevue.
The Fit and Fab(ulous) event will be serving healthy cocktails and appetizers, a photo booth, massages, door prizes and swag bags. Vault Denim will be on hand to help guests find their perfect “fit and fab” pair of jeans, and food experts will be in attendance to present tips about cooking healthy, fast meals for busy gals on the go. With sponsors that include Luna and cosmetic surgeon Dr. David Stephens, this event offers the opportunity to network with fellow professionals while learning from different health and wellness experts. Guests will also be able to see the “before and after” reveal for four Girl Power Hour team members who recently took the GPH 60 Day Mind-Body Challenge. The event tickets are $20 and $15 if you are a Girl Power Hour member, available on their website.
