With that size of donation, PACE has been renamed. Let's hope others follow and the project is able to break ground! Also, with the size and scope of construction, I wonder if the project is able to apply and capture federal stimulus dollars? But I am also wondering where the rest of the money would come from. Can they take a construction loan and pay it off for the next 30 or 50 years? I'm pretty sure that most of the big name locals have already put a fair amount into it, as did the city of Bellevue. If they don't raise it from donations, will they be able to acquire financing?
