$25 million donation announced yesterday in the Times. With that size of donation, PACE has been renamed. Let's hope others follow and the project is able to break ground! Also, with the size and scope of construction, I wonder if the project is able to apply and capture federal stimulus dollars? That would definitely help fundraising efforts....

This is a really good thing for Bellevue downtown... we can't rely 100% on Bellevue Square. But I am also wondering where the rest of the money would come from.

Can they take a construction loan and pay it off for the next 30 or 50 years?

Where is PACE going to get the extra $125 million from? I'm pretty sure that most of the big name locals have already put a fair amount into it, as did the city of Bellevue. If they don't raise it from donations, will they be able to acquire financing?
