From what I've been told by realtors / managers is that no one is nibbling on the larger fancier properties, everyone is still gun shy about the economy. I highly doubt anyone will rent this place at $17,500. Maybe if it was on the west side with the ultimate view of seattle you might get a nibble. Good Luck owners!
