Bellevue Ranks as Safest City in Washington
According to an article in the Bellevue Reporter, the City of Bellevue is the safest city when it comes to crime compared to any other city in the state. Bellevue is ranked as the 343rd worst city for crime in the United States (the higher the number, the better).
CQ Press, a Washington, D.C. publisher that looks at FBI statistics for murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary and motor vehicle theft, put out the report. Other cities in Washington state ranked as high as No. 34 for Tacoma, No. 83 for Kent, No. 88 for Yakima.

Bellevue also has one of the highest percentages for gun ownership I had recently found out.

Um,highest percentage of gun ownership? Source? Compared to ALL other cities in the US? I find that ridiculously hard to believe. Perhaps one of the higher rates in the Puget Sound area or even Washington state, but in the US? No way.
