Comments on: Washington Square Reports a Pickup in Sales

Anyone see the aticle in the Seattle Times that stated the new addition to Washington Square will be 9 stories tall? Previous reports were saying that it would be 200-250 feet or around 20 floors. Can anyone clear this up?

YY, if the price drops another 30% (though I also dearly hope so), then a 22-year-old Microsoft newhire will be able to afford a huge 1200+ sq feet 2-bedroom in a luxury condo right out of college.

Just not going to happen.

Bellevue Towers did very well for the past few months as well (looking at Redfin sold numbers), glad that Bellevue downtown is having more residents. =)

it will always be called the kimchi tower in my book. its flooded with too many koreans….
