Earls in Bellevue Set to Open on Oct 27th at Lincoln Square
A year after the announcement of Earls to open at Lincoln Square in Downtown Bellevue, the trendy Canadian-based restaurant has set Tuesday, October 27th as their grand opening date.
For the past several weeks Earls has been busy having open interviews at Lincoln Square, as they’ve been prepping for their opening this month.
The restaurant will occupy the 9,000 square-foot space that was previously unoccupied, but used annually for Bellevue Fashion Week prior to this year. The Bellevue location is the first Earls in Washington and only the 5th in the US. Earls’ primary business is in Canada with almost 60 restaurants.
