Bellevue Towers has about 10% occupancy from what I know. Built Burger is very new and just opened their first tiny shop in Ballard. They are defintely looking into additional options on the Eastside! I know they would be widely popular in Downtown Bellevue, judging by their reception at our "Grilling in the City" event.
