FYI I was able to get a refund by disputing the charge on my card. I’m using Bank of America and the refund took about 3 days.

For all those who are making fun of the education of those who attended this event are clearly in the wrong as well.

The event was advertised on Kube 93.3 and Clubzone which are both legitimate companies, and the ticket prices could justify the low capacity of venue.

When speaking to the police their recommendation was to call your credit card company and filing a claim with them.

For those who say the "disclaimer" on the ticket would bar recovery, should also rethink that accusation. Because if a company full knowingly sold tickets with the knowledge Ne-Yo would not perform then that is fraud... a disclaimer isn't a magic wand that releases all liability, especially if the other party was unjustly enriched (which they were)...

So for all those bloggers who continue to make fun of those who bought tickets, shame on you! The real fault and blame should be on the dishonest people promoting this event and not those who were scammed: GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT!

I am quite disappointed with this whole fiasco. I had stole some of my grandmothers savings to buy a vip table for me and my bros. There we were, collars popped, dom p popped, waiting for the club to pop and get our photo opportunity with nelly and he was no where to be found. Needless to say our dates left us. So we went back to the loft and had what one may call a night of bromance. thanks a lot “wet” entertainment. If it wasn’t for that last part we would sue.

Are you guys dumb or what?! What makes people of Seattle/Bellevue think that Ne-Yo is going to pick the Bellevue Meydenbauer Center, which seats 3000 people, to perform fo NYE?! This guy is a Grammy award, stadium-size venue performer people!!! On top of that, the promoter was called “Wet Entertainment”….couldn’t you tell from the name that they were fly-by-night? Go ahead, check their website….down…..call the promoter’s number….down. Talk about a bunch of morons….I thought people in Seattle were supposed to well educated?

Hey Everyone, they never booked Ne-Yo; he was scheduled to perform with Fergie somewhere else. They purposely scammed us, knowing they’d make a killing and no one could do anything about it. The promoter was Wet Entertainment, but I can tell you they are shady. Do you remember standing in line to get a wrist band? They took our ticket stubs so we wouldn’t have proof we bought tickets! I emailed a contact I found online to ask for a refund, but I highly doubt anything will come of it. I think we should all collaborate and legally pursue Kube 93 (who by the way recently said Ne-Yo actually performed!)and Wet Entertainment. We could also contact the Attorney General.
